As promised here are more pictures from the Atlanta Botanical Gardens Gardens for Connoisseurs tour. I took so many pictures I decided to break this up into several postings. Every Mother’s Day weekend the Atlanta Botanical Gardens has a private garden tour, I can definitely say my Mother and I had a great time with friends and were inspired on how to add to the gardens at Gap in the Hedge. You can see Part I of the tour here. Part III coming soon!
Rows of lovely foxgloves line this ornate French inspired fence.
Allium is such an interesting and pretty flower.
Loads of topiary in these gardens. This tree has even been trained to grow to look like an umbrella!
This contained garden is very pretty. I like the use of these low lying pots.
A topiary basket!
Espalier fruit trees
Look at all that boxwood! I’m pretty sure that is a topiary squirrel.
Attenti! This is my kind of house! {Check out Day 20 on my last posting}
Real pineapple! They were so fragrant in this little patio garden….Now I’m hungry for some pineapple.
Beware!
What a pretty sitting area. Those are some serious ferns!
More pretty hydrangeas!
Very pretty garden gate. Reminds me of England
Thank you for visiting! Do come again soon for more pictures of the garden tour plus lots more, I’ve been busy! Have a wonderful holiday weekend!
