The first weekend in June Douglasville hosts their annual Penny McHenry Hydrangea Festival. We usually go every year and are always inspired by what we see in the gardens. Luckily the rain started just as we were finishing up and it was a nice day to stroll through the gardens.
Beautiful display garden at the cultural arts center!
So many ideas for repurposing old things to make them fresh and new again.
Who else stepped into these lovely gardens during the festival? I recently found some pale, pale pink hydrangeas that are so gorgeous! I’ll have to add them to my wish list. What is your favorite hydrangea shade?
Have a bright day!
